Meet Our Team
Award winning Chef Heather Love, was born into the restaurant industry. Her father owned the wildly successful Howdy's Hot Dogs in downtown Modesto, CA. She took that drive and early kitchen education from her father to pursue her dream. Chef Heather takes education very seriously and wanted to give herself the best foundation possible. She pursued this passion and graduated from the two top culinary schools in the nation.
From there she went on to work with renowned chefs such as Roy Yamaguchi and Chris Consentino to name a few. Chef Heather's drive, education, and experience make her a force to be reckoned with. She believes in creating memories through food and hopes to do just that through The Burnt End -- Modesto's Low-n-Slow BBQ Joint.
